Registration for The Texas Classic -- Texas Pro Challenge

We are very happy to report that John & Susan Hoffman are back up and running, and can accept online registration and faxes. It is still not advisable to mail anything at this late date. If you have problems using the online service, or fax machine, please contact John at hoffmjm@aol.com If you did send in anything in the last couple of weeks, please be sure to check the competitor list, to be sure we received your registration.

There will be no on-site C&W registration. Be sure to get your registration forms in before our final cut-off date of Monday, May 09, 2011.

Swing registration will close at 1:00 P.M. on Friday, May 13, 2011. If you have not registered by May 09, you will have to register in person, on site, Friday, May 13, 2011, between 10:00 A.M. and 1:00 P.M.

We will be offering the following Swing and Hustle Categories:

Pro/Am - Male Student or Female Student
Levels: Newcomer, Novice, Intermediate or Advanced
Age Levels within each Division: Open (18 and up) and Diamond (40 and up). If you are eligible for the Diamond Division, you may also dance in Open.
Strictly Swing: Newcomer, Novice, Intermediate and Advanced (no age divisions)
Pro/Am Mixed Open Solo This is a single division. Dance may be Swing Hustle or Salsa. All dances, ages, levels and genders are in the same division. Competitors must provide their own music
WSDC Jack & Jill: Novice, Intermediate and Advanced

Please be aware that no faxed registrations will be accepted after 11:50 P.M. Central Standard Time on May 09, 2011.

Observer Passes

Discounted passes will be available at the door on Saturday and Sunday for non-dancer friends and family who want to watch you dance! This pass will allow them limited access to the ballroom only (not workshop rooms) during the period you are dancing. These passes cost $20 per session. Passes for your competition "session" will be available for purchase immediately prior to when you dance, and will expire once that session is over. Attendees wishing to watch several dance sessions (i.e., pro-am and couples), or attend workshops, should purchase a day pass. You may also purchase a pass for late night dancing only for $12.

Refund Policy

The general event policy is "No Refunds". Extraordinary circumstances, determined by the Event Directors, may result in a full or partial refund, or credit towards next years event, at the sole discretion of the Event Directors.
